What are the modes of shopping and payment you use?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, UPI, Net banking, Wallets for online orders.
What is your return & exchange policy?
At [Satwah By Simran], we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of each garment. Please note that we do not offer returns under any circumstances.
However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product, we do offer an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange:
- The issue must be related to manufacturing defects (such as stitching errors, torn fabric, or misprints).
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all original tags intact.
- You must raise an exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at [satwahbysimran@gmail.com} with images and a description of the defect.
Please note:
- We do not offer exchanges for sizing issues, as we leave a 2-inch margin in all garments for easy alterations.
- Customized orders, “One Size” items, and garments purchased during Flash Sales or Sample Sales are not eligible for exchange under any condition.
- Exchange requests received after 7 days from delivery will not be entertained.
We strongly recommend checking the product details and measurements before placing your order. Our team is happy to assist you with sizing or product-related queries before your purchase.
Do you customize clothes? If yes, is it charged extra?
Yes, we customize for a perfect fit.
We don’t charge anything extra for basic length alterations or minor alterations, however if the piece requires to be entirely customized, the customization charges vary between 5%-25% of the MRP of the product depending on the amount of customization.
What is the procedure for getting clothes customized?
While placing an order, we have a notes section at the checkout page where you can mention your customization details. :) and also write us on whatsapp at 7042150901. Please use the sizing chart (in the footer section) for measurements.
From where do you source your fabrics?
We source our fabrics from weavers across the country.
How often do you come up with a new collection?
We launch a new collection every 3-5 months.
What are your work timings?
We are open from Tuesday to Sunday between 10 am to 8 pm.
