Refund policy

Unfortunately we do not offer returns. Exchanges are only accepted for standard products and must be requested within five days of delivery. Customized orders are not eligible for exchange.

Please be aware that any exchange requests made after the five-day period will not be entertained

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
