Refund policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns.

Exchanges are accepted only in case of a manufacturing defect and must be requested within 2 to 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained. In case of any manufacturing defect, the product must be dispatched back to our address by the customer within 2 to 3 days of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be entertained.

You may either choose another product of the same value or we can send the same product again without any defects, depending on your preference.

For sizing concerns, please note that we always leave sufficient margins in our outfits for easy alterations.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
